Blink = a parpadear

- Blink stroke color with unlimited colors
- Blink fill color with unlimited colors
- Blink shape size to variable sizes
- Blink stroke shape size for visual effect
- Blink transparent mode (stroke or fill) to create a visual effect
- Blink shape type ( rectangle to rounded or rounded to rectangle)
- Blink crazy, make the shape completely crazy
- Blink swapping the stroke and fill color
- Resize shape size in every direction(s)

+ Hiden funciton: GetPixelAt_XY ( hwnd, X, Y ) = hwnd WindowHandle, pos X, pos Y
