What ever happened to CoolFX plugin for AMS 8?

Did the guy ever bother to finish it off and share it? I have the "demo" he did with the stupid dialog boxes all over it, does anyone know how to remove them dialogs? Or, does anyone have a working CoolFX plugin for AMS 8?

the original plugin was created for AMS7 by serkan [aka reteset] and later modified [only partially] by members of the persianengineer forum .....
If you have a minimum of knowledge and time available, you can change the original (recommended) or use waterctrl.dll
